About us

Cottage AVA, a cottage newly renovated in 2023. The cottage is a self-contained building set in the garden and has a private entrance. In front of the cottage there are comfortable lounge chairs to linger. The interior rooms include a bedroom for 2 people, a kitchen, a bathroom including a toilet. In the entrance area there is an air conditioning system, which provides all rooms with a pleasant temperature. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, an oven microwave, a hot air fryer, coffee maker, full range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The cottage covers an area of 40 m2. 

Appartement AVA 1

Appartement AVA 1 was also completely renovated in 2023. It is a 60 m2 apartment, on the first floor of the main building. The apartment is intended for 4 people and consists of two spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kichen, a small entrance area and a bathroom with toilet. The rooms are modern and clean and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Both bedrooms have their own terrace with a partial lake view. 

Appartement AVA 1 has a fuly equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, hot air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, full range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. A dining table for 4 people is in the kitchen. 

There are parking spaces in front of the house and you can park your bicycles in the garage.

A very good W-LAN is available to the guests of the AVA appartements, free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with a modern telvision with a satellite system.
