Visit us and enjoy a great holiday at the beach of Lake Neusiedl or bike through the nationalpark Neusiedler See - Seewinkel.

Location: the apartment is situated in Podersdorf am See, right on the biker’s route B10, with view over the vineyards. The centre of the village is approx. 1.200 m, yacht club 500 m, entrance to the beach 1.100 m. Restaurant 300 m, wine pub 500 m, grocery 1.100 m.

Services provided: free car-parking, bicycle parking, WIFI, and Neusiedler See Card. Breakfast available on request.

Apartment (45 m2): modern equipped apartment consisting of 2 double bedded rooms with shutters, 2 bathrooms, small lobby, kitchenette and terrace in a one family house, built in 2017. The guests’ part is separated by a soundproof door. For max. 4 adults, no extra bed available.

Double bedded room (11 m2) with double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobes, SAT TV, desk with chairs. Bathroom (3,2 m2) with shower/WC, basin, and hairdryer.

Guest studio (17 m2) with double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobes, SAT TV, desk with chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with two hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee-maker, and cooking utensils. Bathroom (4,2 m2) with shower/WC, basin, and hairdryer.

Arrival:

Check-in from 15:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Different arrival/departure on request.

Getting there: Coming from the east motorway (A4) you reach Podersdorf am See. Continue on Neusiedler Straße for approx. 900 m until you reach the large intersection. (You come directly to the Municipal Office.) Turn right at the crossroads and immediately after the municipal office turn left (about 20 m). Continue on this road for approx. 900 m until the crossing "Seehöhe", turn right there, and after approx. 100 m, turn left into Feldgasse. Drive on Feldgasse approx. 400 m. Our house is on the left side in the fourth, last intersection exactly opposite.
