Everybody tries to take care of their environment in the meantime? Do you eat and drink consciously enough? This is exactly where we start with our concept. "Regional cuisine" with a difference! We combine regionalism with modern cuisine. For us, modern is also conscious cooking. If you are looking for powder sauces and instant meals, you are eating in the wrong place. We seduce with dishes that require a lot of time, work and love for detail.........and of course a little salt and pepper. The main ingredients in our dishes such as meat, fish, fruit and vegetables come from this or the surrounding regions. It is simply very important to us to know the people around these products personally, so that the promised regionalism and honesty actually ends up on your plates. Diversity and variety is also consciously possible.
