Village center approx. 1,200 m, marina and mobile home park approx. 500 m, beach entrance approx. 1,100 m. Restaurant approx. 300 m, wine shop approx. 500 m, shopping facilities at the beach entrance approx. 1,100 m.

Apartment (45 m2): modern furnished apartment consisting of 2 double rooms with shutters, anteroom, 2 x shower/WC, a mini kitchen and terrace. The apartment is located in a family house built in 2017, and is separated from the living area of the owners by a soundproof door. Bookable for max. 4 adults, extra bed not possible.

Guest room (11 m2) with French bed (160 x 200 cm), closet, SAT TV, table with chairs. Bathroom (3,2 m2)with shower, WC, hand basin and hairdryer.

Guest studio (17 m2) with French bed (160 x 200 cm), closet, wall unit, SAT TV, table with chairs, furnished terrace. In the alcove is the mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. Bathroom (4,2 m2) with shower, WC, hand basin and hairdryer.

Arrival:

Check-in from 15:00, check-out 11:00. Different arrival/departure on request.

Arrival: Coming from the eastern freeway (A4) you will reach Podersdorf am See. Continue on Neusiedler Straße for about 900 m until you reach the large intersection. (You will come directly to the municipal office.) Turn right in the intersection, and after the municipal office immediately turn left (approx. 20 m). Continue on this road for about 900 m until you reach the Seehöhe intersection, turn right there, and after about 100 m turn left into Feldgasse. Drive on the Feldgasse for about 400 m. Our house is on the left side in the fourth, last bay exactly opposite.
