Reception is staffed as follows:
March, April: daily from 7.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
May to September: daily from 7.00 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.
October: daily from 7.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
November: daily from 7.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

In the time from 22.00 - 6.00 o'clock (night rest) the barriers remain closed for the entrance and exit.
