About us

Cottage AVA, a cottage newly renovated in 2023. The cottage is an independent building in the garden and has a private entrance. In front of the cottage there are cozy lounge chairs to relax in. The rooms inside include a bedroom for 2 people, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with WC. There is air conditioning in the entrance area, which provides all rooms with a pleasant temperature. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a microwave oven, a hot air fryer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, a full range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The premises cover an area of 40 m2.

Apartment AVA 1

Apartment AVA 1 was also completely renovated in 2023. It is a 60m2 apartment on the second floor of the main building. The apartment is designed for 4 people and consists of two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a small entrance area and a bathroom with toilet. The premises are modern and cleanly furnished and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Both bedrooms have their own terrace with a side lake view.

The AVA 1 apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, hot air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, full range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. A dining table for 4 people is located in the kitchen. 

Parking is available in front of the house and in the garage you can park your bikes. You can also play a game of table tennis in the garden at the house's table to end the day. 

A free, very good W-LAN is available to the guests of the apartments AVA free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with a modern TV and a satellite system.
