The first episode deals with kiteboard designer Franz Schitzhofer - a permanent camper in Podersdorf for almost 35 years.

Franz was one of the windsurfing pioneers in Austria - shaping several windsurfing boards under the brand Dynamit and was one of the first to do front loops at our lake. In the beginning of 2000 with the emerging trend of kitesurfing he changed the sport, traveled the world with his son and kite pro Mike Schitzhofer and since then developed some of the best kiteboards in the world - nevertheless he didn't end up in Tarifa, Brazil, South Africa or any other kite mecca but always comes back to Podersdorf am See.
