In our salt cave, you experience a constant, balanced indoor climate. In addition to pure relaxation, a visit to our sea salt grotto is primarily intended to improve your health.

The body adapts in the salt cave and optimizes its metabolic processes. The cardiovascular system improves (high blood pressure and pulse are positively influenced). The stay has a positive effect on high blood pressure, pulse, depression and high stress hormone levels. Salt brine with its high salt content and trace elements helps with skin complaints.
