Welcome to the surf and sailing school Nordstrand in Podersdorf am See!
We are the right place for all water sports enthusiasts. If you like windsurfing, sailing, wingsurfing, stand up paddling, boating or just want to enjoy the sunset comfortably with a drink, then you are at the right place.
Our surf and sailing school was founded in 1964 and has been run as a family business ever since. We are happy to pass on our love of water sports to you!

Rental & Lessons
At our center at Strandbad Podersdorf, in addition to windsurfing, wingsurfing, SUP and boat rental, we offer professional instruction in windsurfing and sailing for all abilities and ages. Trained staff as well as the latest rental equipment from Duotone & Fanatic are at your disposal. In addition to our regular courses we organize kids camps and courses with special focus like advanced and freestyle camps.

NEW WINGSURF COURSE: Wingsurfing is a new trend sport that can be practiced even with little wind and inspires many.

OKIDOKI is making a stop in Podersdorf am See for the second time, offering the youngest children a whole day of exercise and fun. The event includes the "Tolle-Tiere" play zoo, where children can romp around, as well as encounters with cuddly TV stars, a tricky puzzle rally and skill stations such as stilt walking, diabolo, plate spinning, juggling, rope skipping, pot walking, balancing and the swinging cloth. The "OKIDOKI" animators lead the activities for children and families. For all those who like excitement, there is the big "Kater Kurt" puzzle rally, in which tricky questions about ORF children's television "OKIDOKI" have to be answered. There are lots of prizes for the children to win with the correct answer. The complete package offers an eventful day for the whole family!
