Familypark - Austria's largest amusement park

Austria's largest amusement park - the Familypark in St. Margarethen in Burgenland - extends over 14 hectares. Numerous rides, climbing and adventure areas as well as the fairy tale forest form the perfect destination for the whole family.
The home of park mascot tomcat Filippo is divided into 4 themed worlds: the adventure castle, the adventure island, the farm and the fairytale forest. The latter is the historical origin of the theme park, which was founded more than 50 years ago. Numerous well-known fairy tales are depicted there life-size.
The adventure castle has a great offer especially for the youngest visitors. Together with their parents, they can swim a round in the pond on the back of the ducks, go for a spin on the nostalgic fairy-tale carousel or test their own muscle power on the kite ride. A special experience is the white-water ride Biberburg, which will open in the summer of 2022. Here, guests can expect a fast-paced ride in a tree trunk, past funny beaver scenes, before an open lift takes them up to a height of 17 meters. From there, you hurtle down into the depths at 60 km/h and land in a giant splash. No one is guaranteed to stay dry.
